This keyboard instrument originated in the 15th century and after losing popularity in the 19th century has experienced a revival among early music enthusiasts in recent years.  Elena Zamolodchikova works at Zuckermann Harpsichords International and will perform on a harpsichord donated by the company. \nMs. Zamolodchikova specialized in historical keyboard performance at the Julliard School before joining Zuckermann as harpsichordist in residence. \nFor more information\, please contact the Stonington Historical Society at (860) 535-8445 x11.
