The Stonington Baptist Records

This book transcribes volumes held in the Stonington Historical Society’s archives that are too fragile to be handled by researchers. Acting as an important genealogical resource, contained within are records of church members circa 1790, 1826 and 1846 with many dates of birth, baptism, marriage and death. These records create a fascinating look into life in early Stonington through the lens of the First Baptist Church.
