History of the Norwich State Hospital

The Stonington Historical Society presents a discussion with local author and historian Christine Rockledge-Philips about the history of the Norwich State Hospital, and mental illness in Connecticut.  Ms. Rockledge-Philips has been researching and documenting the rich history of the NSH for nearly a decade, and has published two books on the subject.
