Preservation of Historic Sites

Your gift helps us to maintain four historic properties in Stonington, Ct. Your support keeps these properties vital. Our buildings include two wonderful museums, two historic buildings, and a research library and modern archival facility.

Education

We both invite students to our facilities and we take our show on the road. We love to engage with young people and teach them about epic moments in Stonington History like the Battle of Stonington.

Programs

We offer regular programs and events including live music at both of our spectacular museums.

New Scholarship

Every year we choose new themes to explore. Our collection days have brought wonderful items into our collection. Our oral history program is adding to our understanding of Stonington’s history over the last 100 years. And, each issue of our quarterly, Historic features an original researched article on a local history topic.
