This sampling of recipes was developed from a small exhibit in the Woolworth Library and Research Center in the fall of 2022 concerning the development of the cuisine of Stonington. The local food scene has influences of Portuguese, French, English, Native American and Caribbean peoples. Try one of these recipes out and let us know how it went!
